MTSL Energies Limited offers services of designing and construction of Electrical power lines to the standards acceptable in Uganda and East Africa at large. We are the largest EPC+F contractor in the country and have successfully executed several power line construction projects under the EPC +F arrangement (11kV, 33kV and 132kV) around the country with various clients like Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Ltd and Umeme Ltd. We have also executed EPC contracts with Rural Electrification Agency under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development through funders like World Bank, Islamic Development Bank (IDB), Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID), Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), Government of Uganda (GoU) etc.

In addition to our main clients, we also carry out Electrical power line design and construction for private customers, institutions and organizations, who consequently connect to the national grid. From initial project planning and design to mobilization and execution, final commissioning and handover, our team provides a complete installation service. We work to deliver projects on time and within budget.
